Welcome to Sammy’s Smoothie Bar. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products and Services

We offer smoothies, juices, bowls, food items, and merchandise for pickup and shipping. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, modify offerings, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be placed through our website. Payment is required at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout. Prices, product availability, and shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Pickup Orders

Pickup times and locations are clearly listed during checkout. Customers picking up juices in Newton or Charleston must arrive within 15 minutes of their selected pickup time. Late arrivals may be rescheduled for the following week or redirected to Robinson pickup availability. All juice pickup orders are provided frozen for freshness.

Shipping and Delivery

Juice orders are packed in refrigerated boxes that hold up to 16 bottles and ship at a flat rate per box. Merchandise orders are shipped using standard packaging. Delivery times and shipping costs for all orders are calculated at checkout.

Once an order leaves our facility, Sammy’s Smoothie Bar is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier mishandling, or temperature exposure caused by the shipping carrier.

All shipped juices are delivered frozen to maintain quality and freshness.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed, unpasteurized juices, all juice sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped juice orders.

If your juice order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or spoiled upon delivery, you must contact us within 4 hours of delivery to be considered for a replacement or store credit. Approved claims are handled at our discretion.

Merchandise returns are subject to our Return Policy, which outlines eligibility, timelines, and conditions for store credit.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site to engage in illegal activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or transmit harmful, disruptive, or malicious content.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Sammy’s Smoothie Bar and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
