Stickers and hats are final sale.

We understand that sometimes an item arrives and it’s not quite right. For eligible merchandise, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a $8.50 return label fee, for approved returns.

Returns must be mailed back within 30 days of delivery to qualify.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unwashed and unworn, free of scuff marks, free of makeup or deodorant stains, free of wear and tear, and returned with original tags attached.

If we receive a return outside of the 30-day window, or if the item was purchased during a clearance sale or from the sale category, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

To initiate a return, please email sammyssmoothiebar@gmail.com to request a return shipping label. The $8.50 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Juice Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed, unpasteurized juices, all juice sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped juice orders.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility, Sammy’s Smoothie Bar is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier mishandling, or temperature exposure caused by the shipping carrier.

All juice orders are carefully packaged with insulated materials to help maintain freshness during transit.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will review claims if:

Your order arrives damaged or leaking, you receive the wrong item, or your juice arrives spoiled upon delivery.

To qualify, customers must contact us within 4 hours of delivery by emailing sammyssmoothiebar@gmail.com with:

Order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Approved claims may receive a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

The following situations are not eligible:

Orders delayed by the shipping carrier, orders where the customer was unavailable at delivery, improper storage after delivery, taste preferences or personal flavor dislikes, or orders reported outside the 4-hour window.

Storage and Handling

Juices must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. We recommend consuming within 5–7 days or freezing immediately to extend shelf life.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sammy’s Smoothie Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
